This home renovation in Milwaukee’s Harambee neighborhood involved a complete interior remodel of the second- and third-floor living spaces above a first-floor apartment. Achieving the homeowner’s dream of adding modern amenities required moving walls, upgrading flooring, and installing all-new plumbing.
Using the same black and white subway tile in the main bathroom achieved continuity throughout the second floor. The bathroom makeover included a large double-faucet sink, a tub/shower combo with a Kohler rain shower head, and a tiled built-in nook for bathroom essentials.
