This project received a Silver Award in the 2025 NARI Milwaukee Remodeler of the Year Awards for basement renovations. Custom cabinetry and built-ins maximize every corner, while a Murphy bed allows the playroom to double as a comfortable guest suite. A hidden play area beneath the stairs gives children a dedicated place to read and play, and pet-friendly additions—including a dog wash station and built-in kennels—make everyday routines easier.
