This was a complete down to the raw studs whole home transformation. The homeowners wanted to be sure to respect the home’s past while updating the home. The use of reclaimed materials was an important part of taking the home back to its 1882 glory. The home was rebuilt to offer many of today’s luxuries such as; heated tile floors, granite countertops, semi-custom cabinetry, audio-visual system, and air conditioning.
