Tosa Village Bathrooms

As part of a top-to-bottom renovation of a historic Wauwatosa home, the Story Hill Renovations team overhauled three bathrooms to create more functional spaces for the new owners. In all three, details and special touches honor the home’s Victorian aesthetic.

The first-floor powder room was restored to its original configuration, with beadboard paneling a period-appropriate wallpaper adding both warmth and personality. The primary bath was taken down to the studs for a complete makeover. An arched walk-in shower with frameless shower doors honors the home’s era while creating a spacious feel. Black subway tile complements black and white tilework on the floor for another very Victorian touch. In the third bathroom, the existing tub was preserved while everything else was replaced, from the flooring and cabinetry to the lighting fixtures.
