Wauwatosa Ranch Whole House Remodel. Took out two load bearing walls – cut in for new patio door- reconfigured 3 bedrooms so we could add a second full bathroom/master closet. All new flooring, custom maple cabinets, high-end wallpaper in both bathrooms, Kohler fixtures, new fireplace insert, two types of countertops with narrow island and built-in micro within Island. High-end Marvin Patio Door with built-in blinds. Created a very “Retro” feel for the clients – using all original millwork and incorporating finishes that replicated the 1950’s year the home was built.
