The Wauwatosa homeowners wanted another area in their home for entertaining family and friends. The need to have an area for the family to host game nights or watch games was important. This project had a few challenges, the fireplace installation, moving the water meter, relocating the water heater, furnace, and laundry room.
Features included custom-built wainscoting around the room, glass tile around the fireplace, and a small wet bar area for entertaining. The results were an award-winning basement that was featured as an M Magazine Reader’s Choice Award finalist.
