This historic home had an unfinished basement that the family wanted to clean up and finish to incorporate laundry, storage, a full bathroom and recreation. We completed a gorgeous bathroom featuring an Italian art deco style console sink and 1920s inspired tile work including a black border around the floor. The recreation room has the original fireplace, updated with handmade terracotta tile hearth, finished window sills and custom radiator grate.
