Jacobus Park Basement

Large gatherings are what inspired this Wauwatosa basement remodel. This couple enjoyed throwing parties – lots of them- so the vision was created to give them a full bath, full kitchen/ bar area, and large living space for gatherings.

The original stairs to the basement were removed and we installed a powder room on the main floor where the old stairs were located. Not bad for all of the challenges for a house built in the 20’s.
